1. Who we are

Astral Works (“Astral Works”, “we”, “us”) sells add-on resources (“scripts”) for FiveM game servers through this website. The store is operated by [operator name], [city, country]. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. By placing an order or using a script you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not buy or use them.

2. What you buy

Every product is a digital licence to use a FiveM resource, as described on its product page and in its documentation. You do not buy the source code or any ownership of it. Scripts are delivered as Cfx.re asset escrow packages: the core files are protected, while configuration, locales and the files listed as editable in the documentation stay open for you to adapt.

Product pages list the framework and dependencies each script supports. A script is only supported on the setup listed there. Third-party dependencies (for example ox_lib, ox_inventory or qbx_core) are not our products and come under their own licences.

The scope of what you may do with a script is set out in the Licence, which forms part of these terms.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and automatic. After payment the asset is granted to the Cfx.re account you were signed in with at checkout and appears under Granted assets in the FiveM asset portal (Keymaster), usually within minutes. Your server must run with a licence key from that Cfx.re account for the asset to load.

Make sure you check out with the right Cfx.re account: we cannot move an asset to a different account after purchase except at our discretion and after verifying you own both accounts.

4. Accounts and Discord

Signing in with Cfx.re is required to buy. Connecting your Discord account is optional; it lets you receive the Customer role automatically and use the support centre on this site. You are responsible for keeping your Cfx.re, Discord and Tebex accounts secure and for everything done through them.

Our Discord server has its own rules, posted in the server. Breaking them can lead to removal from the server without affecting the licences you already own, unless section 11 applies.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euro. Tebex adds any tax that applies to your location at checkout and issues your receipt.
• Discount codes and sales apply only to the items and period stated; they cannot be combined unless said otherwise and are not applied to earlier orders.
• We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order that is already paid.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a typo or a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full before delivery.

6. Subscriptions

A subscription gives access to every script in the catalogue, including releases made while it is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in your Tebex account. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the paid period ends. When a subscription ends, the scripts granted through it are revoked and the servers using them must stop running them.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Because the licence is granted immediately, purchases are generally final. Our Refund Policy explains the cases in which we do refund and how to ask. Please contact us through a ticket before disputing a payment with your bank or PayPal: a chargeback opened without contacting us leads to the asset being revoked, the Customer role removed and further purchases refused.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• share, sell, rent, sublicense, leak or otherwise distribute a script or any of its files, in whole or in part;
• decrypt, decompile, dump, bypass or attempt to bypass the escrow or any other protection, or modify protected files;
• run a script on more servers than you hold licences for (see the Licence);
• use a script in a way that breaks the Cfx.re Platform Terms, Rockstar Games' terms or the law;
• abuse the support system, impersonate staff, or use the Discord server to harass or spam.

9. Updates and support

A purchase includes future updates to that script for as long as we publish them. Updates arrive on the same asset in the FiveM portal. We may change, improve or remove features over time, and we may stop developing a script; existing grants are not withdrawn because of that.

Support is provided through tickets on this site and in our Discord. We aim to reply quickly but do not promise response times. Support covers installing and configuring the script on a supported setup; it does not cover custom development, other resources or general server administration.

10. Warranty and liability

Scripts are provided as described on their product pages. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, they are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and without warranties of compatibility with resources or versions not listed as supported. FiveM, Cfx.re and Rockstar Games are third parties whose changes may affect a script; we are not affiliated with them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost players, lost revenue or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence and refuse further sales if you break section 8, open a chargeback without contacting us, or obtained a script by fraud. A licence revoked for these reasons is not refunded. You may stop using a script at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be announced in our Discord. Orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed. These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
